It might be a trek, but Trummer’s on Main in Clifton, Va., has a burger deal worth salivating over. The restaurant’s rotating Butcher Burger is just $7 on Thursdays.
“A lot of the menu draws on inspiration from childhood memories,” says Cropf, “And since you eat with your eyes first, I’m very focused on ensuring the plating is appealing.”
