MIKE MARINO

Mike originally joined Trummer’s in 2011 – this was his first restaurant job! He worked multiple positions throughout the service team until he found his passion in the bar. In 2014 he left to pursue bar manager positions in Washington DC.

It was such an honor to have him return in 2019 as our Bar Manager and now in 2024 Mike has moved up to the dining room taking on the Assistant General Manager position. Marino is a creative force always inspiring those around him with his positivity and attention to detail.  He takes pride in building relationships with our guests and his service team. He also keeps us all entertained with his playful humor and interesting cocktail names. Marino has helped shape the restaurant into what it is today and he has been part of the fabric of this business.
