Throughout the month, we’re celebrating peak strawberry season with a limited-time tasting menu that showcases the versatility of this beloved summer fruit in both savory and unexpected ways. Experience strawberries pickled, poached, puréed, frozen, and transformed across multiple courses — complementing everything from fresh seafood to rich meats and seasonal vegetables.
This playful yet refined tasting menu highlights the sweetness, acidity, and brightness of strawberries at their absolute peak, proving they belong in far more than dessert.
