Sip and shop! Enjoy sparkling wines from around the world while browsing local vendors at our festive market. This year Stefan is making Kaiserschmarrn and Gluhwein outside on the patio for the true Austrian Christmas Market experience!

December 16-21 – Holiday Dinner
Join us this week for our special holiday menu featuring some regular dinner items and some holiday specials! A la carte offerings.

Tickets are now on sale for one of our most beloved traditions — the Annual Sparkling Wine Tasting & Christmas Market!
Each year this event grows more magical, and this season we’re adding two authentic Austrian holiday favorites:

✨ House-made Glühwein simmering on the patio
✨ Fresh Kaiserschmarrn — the warm, fluffy, caramelized shredded pancakes you’ll find at Christmas Markets all across Austria

December 31 | $148 per person

Ring in the New Year island-style with an unforgettable Caribbean Midnight New Year’s Eve Celebration—where bold flavors, tropical elegance, premium rum, and midnight magic come together for one spectacular night.

Escape to the islands with a four-course, chef-driven Caribbean tasting menu, featuring vibrant spices, coastal flavors, and luxurious ingredients. Guests will select one dish from each course:

🍽 First Course

  • Bahamian Crab Soup — marinated crab claws, chipotle crème, cilantro oil, firestix

  • Rockfish Tartare — pistachio avocado purée, pickled red onion, passion fruit, jerk chili crisp

  • Pan Seared Foie Gras — mofongo cake, scallions, espresso chocolate demi, chicharrón powder

🌺 Second Course

  • Enchiado de Langoustine — Carolina gold rice, fire-roasted red peppers, English pea purée, purple shiso

  • Pan Seared Rockfish — plantain salad, avocado, tomato confit, guava-cucumber agua fresca, habanero crystals

  • Baked Scallop — honeynut squash, crispy jalapeño, finger limes, leche de tigre

  • Boliche — chorizo-stuffed beef, black bean menuta, dirty rice, chimichurri, cilantro trail mix

  • Wild Boar Osso Bucco — yuca mash, salsa verde, watercress salad, scotch bonnet vinaigrette
