The Beet Tasting Menu — September at Trummer’s
Beets are not for everyone. Their earthy, mineral sweetness divides tables. For those who love them, September’s Beet Tasting Menu is a five-course love letter to the root’s range.
It opens with a chilled beet shooter finished with Osetra caviar, then moves through beet-cured trout, a savory Beetroot Wellington, veal and beet goulash with chestnut spätzle, and ends on Beet Red Velvet Cake. Each course shows a different face of the same vegetable—raw, cured, roasted, braised, baked.
Available nightly in limited quantities.

Burger Bar Pop-Up

The Burger Bar is back. For four weeks, the Bar & Lounge turns into a late-summer pop-up built around chef-crafted smash burgers, loaded fries, and over-the-top shakes.
Expect the OG Smash with cheddar, pickled red onion, and dijonnaise; a Birria Dip with consommé; a Lobstah Burger with an optional Surf & Turf add-on; plus German sausage, poutine, jalapeño-popper, and chickpea burgers. Sides run from Old Bay and truffle fries to poutine. Shakes include Deep Fried Oreo and Caramel Apple Funnel Cake — add booze for $4. Whiskey Wednesdays mean 25% off all whiskeys.
Dine-in only. No substitutions. First come, first served in the Bar & Lounge.

Our annual celebration of Austrian food, music, and Gemütlichkeit. All-you-can-eat Austrian buffet, live music by the Lost Lederhosen Band, shotskis, stein holding contest, and Ein Prosit.
Menu highlights: Grillhendl, house-made pretzels, Liptauer, Wiener Schnitzel, beef gulasch, quark cheese Spätzle, German sausages, sauerkraut, and Apfelstrudel.
