Introducing our Austrian Wine Month Happy Hour, a March-long celebration of Austria’s renowned wine culture and comforting Alpine flavors. Available Tuesday–Friday from 12:00–6:30pm in the bar & lounge, this limited-time experience is the perfect way to explore Stefan’s favorite wines from home while enjoying a relaxed afternoon or early evening at Trummer’s.

Embrace the Austrian tradition of an afternoon pastry and coffee—or wine—as you sip specially priced Austrian wines by the glass, sample curated wine flights, and enjoy cozy bites designed to pair perfectly with each pour. The menu features schnitzel sliders, pretzel bites with housemade Liptauer, and our signature persimmon cream–filled Krapfen, bringing a taste of Viennese café culture to your happy hour ritual.

Warm up with specialty cocktails like Glühwein and our signature Titanic, enjoy $4 beers, $5 wines, and a rotating half-off whiskey special—just ask your bartender. Pair your drinks with crave-worthy happy hour bites, from truffle fries and smash burgers to schnitzel sandwiches, mussels, and indulgent comfort dishes.
